Once you register your Quran classes online or via Call at The Quran Educator or your kid’s classes as a student, you will agree on the following Terms of Service and Conditions:

We are more concerned with providing Best Quality in Quran Teaching at The Quran Educator Online Classes, we try our best to deliver quality classes by educated, trained, and expert teachers. However, we do have the following ways to ensure the best learning platform for you and your kids. This is because most of the parents have no idea of a Good Quran Teacher and the process of Quran teaching online. So, to ensure the utmost level of Online Quran Classes we have the different procedure to maintain our education system, these include tracking attendance and discipline, conducting regular teacher training, gathering feedback from both students and teachers, and issuing quarterly progress reports. our team strive to deliver the maximum quality Quran classes online.

Class duration depends on the plan you enroll in. Under our Basic Plan and Monthly Plan, each class will be between 20 to 30 minutes, with a minimum duration of 20 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes. Under our Mastery Plan, each class will be between 45 to 60 minutes, with a minimum duration of 45 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes. For example, if a Basic or Monthly Plan class concludes at 20 minutes, or a Mastery Plan class concludes at 45 minutes, it remains within our standard policy. Your plan type and applicable session length are explained to all parents at the time of enrollment to prevent any misunderstanding regarding class duration. As classes are conducted online, occasional variations may occur due to technical issues such as connectivity problems. In such cases, our management will promptly inform parents. Please note that our teachers adhere strictly to the class schedule and do not intentionally start late or end early.

Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you will have to decide whether or not to continue with the classes at The Quran Educator. Once you decide to continue, you will pay the fee for the plan you select on a month basis. We offer a Basic Plan with 10 classes per month and 20–30 minute sessions, a Monthly Plan with 20 classes per month and 20–30 minute sessions, and a Mastery Plan with 20 classes per month and 45–60 minute sessions. 1st month's fee is collected after the trial is over and before the regular classes begin. We charge a flat monthly fee according to your selected plan. Monthly cycle is fixed for 4 weeks which covers one month from the start date to the same date in the following month. Monthly fees are paid in advance every month, either manually or automatically charged by our payment processor for the upcoming month.

Your classes will be held on the scheduled day and time you have chosen.

The Quran Educator reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any excuse.

In case you need to hold the classes or going on vacation more than a month or longer and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when would resume, then The Quran Educator will charge the full fee per student for reservation of the same slot for you with the same teacher.

To stop classes, please provide a 1-month notice before the leaving date and state the reason.

If your teacher is unavailable for a class due to sickness or any emergency reason for 5 business days will consider paid off days, if it goes longer off days then we will provide a substitute teacher at your regular class time.

If your teacher resigns or is terminated, you will be assigned a new teacher. Students are advised not to maintain contact with any individual teacher post-termination, as The Quran Educator will not be liable for any future damages or losses arising from such contact. Parents are not allowed to ask Teacher contact number not allowed to study with your teacher out of the institution. (Only in the institution allowed) and don’t share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, credit card information to any teacher If teacher ask such information inform the institution management because he is violating is contract with institution and it’s a cheating go behind institution policies. The Quran Educator reserves the right to change teachers anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, ‘Allah has given you something better than them, the day of (Eid-ul-Fitr and the day of (Eid-ul-Adha

Accordingly, we have two main public holidays which are Eid-ul-Fitr holiday that lasts for 5 days and Eid-ul-Adha holiday that lasts for 5 days. Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes are offered for these holidays.

If you want to cancel a class any day, you are required to inform your Institution Management Via Call or text message.

Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there is no make-up for that and it is paid if you keep the same schedule and teacher as we cannot utilize the time for any other students, If the student is absent in any class due to a problem at his/her end, there are no make-up classes as the management cannot offer the make-up classes.

If your class falls during Ramadan prayers or during Suhoor, Iftar or Taraweeh, your class time will be adjusted by mutual consent.

All of the classes are recorded for the purpose of quality assurance and for the purpose to be listened to by the expert to make sure that every class was delivered with maximum effort.

The Quran Educator does not accept any donations for Quran classes we have separate system for receiving Donation and charities. Our classes system runs solely on the small fees received from students. To provide a high-quality and suitable program for our students, we must remain financially sustainable while keeping our costs affordable for families.

We do not charge a fee for the Quran itself. It is priceless and a sacred gift that cannot be sold.The fee you pay is for:🔹 The teacher’s dedicated time and personalized one-on-one support.🔹 Essential resources and infrastructure required to run our services, such as:

Office rent, administration and support staff

Internet and electricity bills

Laptops, headphones, and teaching devices

Website hosting and maintenance

These resources help us deliver high-quality Quran classes with consistency and care.

The Quran Educator reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and policies at its sole discretion. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by any such modifications or revisions. Please review the most up-to-date version periodically these Terms of service and conditions are applicable to all students.
